![]() We have a winner of "spot the scam"! All of the cards will have the same symbols in the same place (clue: the symbols are printed in full color, not B&W inkjet as would usually be used for printing twenty thousand completely different cards): the actual winner(s) are determined by a secret printed code elsewhere. Have fun paying a lawyer to navigate a rigged system that is intentionally set up to cost more than you will ever recover. When a "legitimate" business absolutely robs you, what do you do? Report them to the police? Yeah good luck with that. And even if you are completely defrauded, gaining any semblance of resolution is a time consuming and expensive process. It was an eye opening experience in just how bad a business can be. Reporting them was useless because the agencies in charge of enforcing business laws were even more corrupt. They were intentionally ruining people's lives in order to make $100. I quit soon after starting because of how bad it was. It got to the point where I would pull people away and dissuade them from making a purchase because of things like: hidden salvage titles, planned repossession (selling people cars they couldn't afford with the intent of taking their down payment and repossessing the car after a few days), interest rates far exceeding the legal maximum usury laws, fees and charges for make-believe services and options, and a whole list of other blatantly illegal practices. Their business practice was straight up fraud. Shady doesn't even describe how bad they were. I took the job really just to see how bad car dealerships were, and I was blown away. Since we targeted people with absolutely garbage credit, there was not any risk of lawsuits because management figured anyone dumb enough to fall for the scam, would either be too stupid or too poor to hire a lawyer. It was all a ploy to get people in the door at any means necessary. There were absolutely zero prizes, and we would send out 100% fake contest "winner" notices to everyone. I worked at a dealership that pulled crap like this daily.
